Shipping
-Priority Mail. Shipping for $6.00 on all items except Cable Boxes. (Normal Delivery is 2-3 working days and may take up to 5 days excluding weekends). Delivery date depends on time and day that the order was placed. Feel free to call us for an exact delivery date.
Cable box shipping Cost: Pay $12.00 for the first one and Only $6.00 for each additional box. Our shopping cart will never charge you more than $375.00 for shipping no matter how much you order.
-COD for $9.50 extra, added to any one of the shipping methods above. COD allows you to pay the delivery person of your package by Money order when your package is delivered to your door. (No personal or business checks accepted)
Payment Method
-Credit Card. You can make secure payment by Credit Card using our online shopping cart. We do not accept phone orders.
-PayPal. Credit and Debit Card. You can make secure payment by Credit Card or debit Card through PayPal using our online shopping cart. We do not accept phone orders.
-COD delivery. Pay the courier when your order arrives at your door. Our Shopping Cart will total your COD order and we will receive it by email. You will receive a confirmation email from us to confirm the order. An additional $9.50 COD fee applies.
Exchange & Return:
Our return policy is as follows: All returns or exchanges must be made on or before 30 days of the original purchase date. You may Return or Exchange an item (s) if:
It has not been: Used, broken, Soldered, modified, installed or tampered with.
No Returns are issued on special order items.
Shipping is non refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs in returned/exchanged items. Item (s) must be returned in perfect un-used, un-damaged, clean and un-tampered with condition. We ship all of our electrical items and components in static free protection bags for static protection. When sending any electrical items back you must pack and ship them so that they are not damaged in shipment back to us. If they are not shipped back in special Static shielded bags we will not accept the return. The order will be shipped back with no possibility of return or exchange. Be sure that there are no holes in the packaging or rips in the packaging where static can get in. If ripped or un properly taped packaging is received, no exchange or return will be given.
There is a 50% restocking fee on all returned or exchanged items once it has been packaged or shipped by us. Items that are properly returned will be issued a store credit less all restocking fees.
