About 8600-11 Converters Below.
If you need a chip for
an 8600-11 converter, you must first see which version 8600 you have!
There is a New Version
of the 8600 Converter out Called Version #2 that requires a
new chip call 8600 GOLD. The difference
between the first version and version #2 is that there was a resistor
added to the main board, between buttons 6&7 and a
square SA logo that was also added to the left side of the name
on the front red lens in the lower left hand corner. The
first version 0f the 8600 does not have the Logo on the lens
and resistor between
buttons 6&7.
The 8600 Converter below
on the right is Version #2, Click
Here to see a Picture of the Capacitor. If the
Capacitor is there you have a Version #2, if the resistor is
not there, you have a first version 8600. If you have a
version #2 converter you need the new 8600 GOLD chip. If you
have a version #1 just buy the
8600/8590-11 40 Pin Chip.
